1. Registration process will be closed on 23:59 hrs. of 2nd January, 2026.
2. No entry will be entertained by any other means except online registration in Odisha State Secretariat Badminton Association(OSSBA)’s Website: www.ossbaodisha.com
3. Every participant must have valid Secretariat Employee I’Card.
4. In Online registration module there are two steps, one for “Registration of player” and another for “Event Entry”. After completion of registration of player process, “Player ID” will be generated and this player ID will be sent to your email ID. This “player Id” will be used for submission in different Event Entry.
5. For Veteran Doubles, Participant must have reached the age of 45+ as on 1
st January, 2026.
6. Events will be – 1) Men Singles (MS); 2) Men Doubles (MD); 3) Women Singles (WS); 4) Women Doubles (WD); 5) Veteran Men Singles (VMS); 6) Veteran Men Doubles (VMD). 7) Mixed Doubles (MXD).
7. Entry Fee:(Non-refundable) : Men’s: Per Person/ Per Event – Rs. 150/- & Women’s: Per Person/ Per Event – Rs. 100/-.
8. Mode of Payment: ONLINE PAYMENT Through UPI Scan .
9. Only the players who have paid entry fee will be allowed to play. .
10. Confirmation Report will be generated after successful online submission of the Entry Form and it will be forwarded to your email.
